Your Purpose
As the Quality & Consumer Experience Coordinator you will play a critical part in protecting our brand reputation by managing consumer complaints, coordinating site KPI reporting, and driving compliance through document control and internal audit program. You will be a key enabler of our quality culture and act as a key link between our Brewery Operations and Corporate teams (including Legal and Marketing) to resolve product quality issues and ensure quality risks are effectively resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and report site KPIs across Quality, Food Safety, and Compliance, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and clear insight to drive performance goals.
- Lead consumer complaints management, including investigation, supporting root cause analysis, trend monitoring, risk escalation and resolution.
- Analyse consumer complaint data and report supplier complaints, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting KPI delivery.
- Oversee document control processes, ensuring all SOPs, work instructions, and HACCP documentation are compliant, current, and audit-ready.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits against standards such as BRCGS, FEMAS, Kosher, and Red Tractor, driving continuous improvement.
- Act as a Quality ambassador, coaching and supporting production teams to build capability and embed food safety and quality best practice.
About You
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in KPI reporting and data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (BRCGS, FEMAS, Kosher, etc.)
- Experience conducting internal audits and supporting audit readiness.
- Passion for driving quality culture.
