Your Purpose
As a Packaging Compliance & Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will lead Molson Coors’ packaging compliance and reporting across the EMEA/APAC region.
This role is central to ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations while advancing our sustainability goals. You’ll be responsible for managing complex data systems, interpreting evolving legislation, and developing robust processes that support accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers, using a combination of SAP and internally developed systems to consolidate and analyse data.
Your structured approach will ensure we meet compliance requirements, optimise reporting systems, and support teams across the business—from finance to product development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll play a key role in assessing the cost implications of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Deposit Return Schemes (DRS), and other packaging-related regulations.
- Oversee packaging compliance reporting across EMEA/APAC, ensuring alignment with local and regional regulations
- Manage and analyse large, complex datasets from internal systems and external suppliers
- Develop and maintain systems that consolidate data and support accurate, audit-ready reporting working closely with IT to develop such systems
- Interpret packaging legislation and create consistent, scalable processes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with global teams, including colleagues in North America, to align on best practices
- Produce training packages in conjunction with local teams and legal which help to improve knowledge of the obligations across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience interpreting and applying legislative obligations across a multi-site, multi-region business
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across diverse teams
- Data manipulation, interpretation and understanding to support targeted activity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage and optimise data systems and reporting processes
- A passion for sustainability and driving cultural change through insight and innovation
- Experience in understanding legislative obligations and applying them across a business & waste management related operations
- Experience with data science or computer systems/sustainability
