Your Purpose

We’re seeking a highly organised and personable Leadership, Development & Design Coordinator to join our leadership development team within Human Resources on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of leadership programmes, coordinating deployments for leaders, and contributing to leadership coaching initiatives. You’ll be involved in venue management, cohort scheduling, and drafting communications for senior stakeholders, while also working creatively with tools like SharePoint to enhance programme materials.

A strong focus on data is essential — you’ll be collecting and interpreting information in collaboration with our Global Business Services team to ensure it’s usable and insightful.

You’ll be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, understand the participant experience, and have a genuine interest in HR and leadership development. While this isn’t a facilitation role, your coordination skills will be central to the team’s success, and you’ll develop a wide range of transferable skills within a global business.

This role could be based in the following locations: Czech Republic (Prague), United Kingdom (remote but ideally travelling distance to Burton on Trent), Romania (Bucharest), Croatia (Zagreb), Bulgaria (Haskovo), Hungary (Budapest).

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent and Leadership Development programmes: Project manages the set up and run of programmes end to end, including venues, invites, travel, before, during and after face to face and virtual development sessions. Deals with all queries and problem solves independently – only escalating if necessary.
  • Coaching offer: Manages end to end coaching provision – including tracking and reporting of coaching relationships pan division – offered primarily as part of senior leader talent programmes. Handles PO setup and budget tracking for all coaching relationships
  • Data: Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of data on leadership development; specifically focusing on maintaining and sharing up-to-date records of Leadership Development program attendance and evaluation.
  • SharePoint: Manages leadership SharePoint as first port of call on SharePoint content and user experience.
  • Responsible for raising and managing POs and for the efficient and timely tracking of programme budgets based on agreed due dates to ensure alignment between vendors and our finance team.

About You

You’ll be able to show the following skills/experience during the assessment process:

  • Experience of managing and co-ordinating programs, organising events, managing and reporting on data, supporting smooth running of activities for large amounts of people
  • Good relationship building skills with evidence of strong service ethic
  • Managing projects involving many moving parts and stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent and confident command of English; speaking, writing, reading etc.
  • Ability to work competently with numerical information
  • Ability to work with data and make sense of it in order to provide insights
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all reporting metrics
  • Problem Solving and providing support wherever required
  • Focus on continual improvement and first-class learner experience
