Due to some internal changes we’re now looking for a number of customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Technical Services & Customer Experience Teams on a Hybrid Basis in Burton On Trent.

Your purpose

We have a number of roles ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, resolving issues end‑to‑end, and identifying opportunities to add value through every customer interaction. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, managing enquiries, orders, and service requests across multiple channels while delivering a consistently positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, web chat, text, and digital portals
- Manage and process orders accurately across multiple channels (including EDI)
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and ownership
- Spot customer problems and maximise sales opportunities during service conversations, gathering important information
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Aware of and looking for continuous improvement opportunities

- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Important Information
This role will be advertised until the end of Friday 22nd May. A role behaviour-based gamification assessment must be completed by Friday 29th May to be considered for the next stage of the process. In-person interviews will be held at our Burton HQ on either Wednesday 10th/Thursday 11th June 2026.
