As a Customer Director in the off trade, you will lead the development and delivery of a customer strategy aligned to Molson Coors’ growth ambitions, creating shared value and long-term success. You’ll work collaboratively with a multi-functional sales team to build strong customer partnerships and deliver against key business goals. Using customer insight, you’ll help shape decisions, challenge thinking, and identify opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver commercial impact - Own performance across your customer group, using data and forecasting to spot opportunities, manage risk and unlock profitable growth.
  • Shape customer strategy - Lead a multi-functional team to deliver a winning Off-Trade strategy, aligning customer needs with brand plans to drive sustainable growth and share.
  • Lead & develop your team - Build an inclusive, high-performing environment where people are clear on their goals, supported to grow, and set up for success.
  • Bring fresh thinking - Use insight, creativity and collaboration to strengthen our position with customers and across the wider FMCG landscape.
  • Build strong partnerships - Develop trusted relationships with key customers and work cross-functionally to deliver great service and long-term value.

About You

You bring strong commercial leadership experience from customer-facing roles in the grocery/retail space with the ability to deliver results while balancing customer and business performance. You’re skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, and have experience leading and developing inclusive, high-performing teams where people can grow and succeed. You’re confident navigating complex negotiations, using insight and data to shape decisions and unlock sustainable growth, and bring valuable experience across grocery, convenience, wholesale or similar channels (FMCG or related sectors). Experience at a senior level, developing future leaders, or enhancing brand and business reputation is a plus.
