Responsibilities

As a Brewing Apprentice, you’ll begin a rewarding journey into the world of brewing, developing the technical knowledge and hands‑on experience needed to become a future brewing technician. At Molson Coors, our brewers work with advanced brewing processes and cutting‑edge technology to overcome real production challenges and deliver high‑quality products. Throughout the programme, you’ll receive tailored on‑the‑job training, rotating through key brewery departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations. You’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor and a team of experts committed to your development. This apprenticeship blends practical experience with academic study, leading to a nationally recognised Level 4 Brewing qualification – equipping you with the skills, confidence, and insight to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced industry.

Before the Discovery Day, you\’ll have the chance to speak with us directly to find out what to expect from the programme and ask any questions you may have. Discovery Day: Our final step, you will be invited to our in‑person Discovery Day, which will take place on Tuesday 24th March 2026. If you\’re selected to attend, we\’ll support you with preparation so you feel confident and ready for the day. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after our Discovery Day, and you will join us in September 2026!
