We are now looking to recruit an Operations Specialist to join our Northern Ireland Team in Belfast on a hybrid basis.

Your Purpose:

This role is a key part of the Northern Ireland team, supporting the Commercial, Marketing and Field Sales teams to deliver channel and customer plans by driving efficiencies through back-office processes enabling the teams to be with customers more. A core focus is producing and owning standard and ad hoc sales reports, developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets, and utilising business intelligence tools to support decision-making. The role drives the embedding of Molson Coors’ standard ways of working, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Working collaboratively with stakeholders up to leadership level, the role supports project work aimed at freeing up front-line teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Management, Commercial and Marketing teams to agree reporting requirements, priorities and timelines, providing clear analysis and insight to support decision-making.
  • Drive and embed standardised commercial processes and ways of working, managing key back-office procedures and providing effective administrative support to the Commercial and Marketing teams.
  • Proactively resolve team/customer queries and issues through liaison with internal departments with significant focus on invoice processing, credit and management.
  • Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Belfast office, including facilities and Health & Safety, in line with UK&I processes and requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound office deliveries, driving efficient processes and continuous improvement in both team effectiveness and cost control.
  • Ensure all employees are equipped with the appropriate IT tools from day one, coordinating set-up and ongoing upgrades.
  • Own data governance for the NI business, acting as the key point of contact with wider supporting functions to ensure efficient, compliant processes for internal teams and suppliers.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong I.T skills – SAP systems and Microsoft Office specifically Excel with the ability to analyse and use data, translating into reports/graphs for insights and performance summaries.
  • Clear and effective communicator.
  • Skilled in developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.
