The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco
Moloco has the fastest growing mobile DSP and our Implementation team plays a key role in supporting our customer base by onboarding and scaling accounts during their crucial first 90 days. As an Implementation Manager you will work closely with the New Business Sales team to ensure a smooth handover from sales, build outstanding client relationships, and sustainably scale new accounts before handing over to our Growth team to continue the partnership after the 90‑day window.
Opportunity
- Fully comprehend the advertiser's marketing needs to effectively communicate how our programmatic solution can help achieve their goals.
- Analyze campaign data to understand performance and use data to suggest optimizations and/or upsell other solutions for the advertiser.
- Identify account growth opportunities, and ensure that high‑growth accounts are set up for success before handed off to the Growth team.
- Work with the Growth team to ensure a successful transition into long‑term account management.
- Collaborate with the Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to feedback client experiences and build or iterate client solutions as customer needs arise.
- Understand the mobile ecosystem, stay current on industry trends, and use this knowledge to offer actionable insights to customers.
- Provide actionable debriefs on both successful and unsuccessful campaigns to help guide the New Business Sales team.
- Travel to key industry events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
- Mobile advertising experience, preferably in account management.
- Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Excellence in logical thinking, problem solving and familiarity with big data and numbers.
- Strong ability to look beyond a customer's stated needs and identify solutions that can meet those needs.
- Attention to detail in specific campaigns that can then be explained and actioned upon easily by customers who may not be familiar with the programmatic space.
- Ability to quickly generate reports that tell the story and help new partners get situated for success on the platform.
- Excellent communication skills; over‑communicate.
- Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
- Passion for continuous growth and the success of both the organization and oneself.
- Team player and ability to adapt to a fast‑growing, changing company.
