About the Role: The Platforms Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Molo’s outsourced technology platforms. This position is responsible for:
- Investigating and resolving issues across live and test environments;
- Supporting ongoing incidents through a structured support desk function, and collaborating with business teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Preparing and executing test scripts;
- Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing documentation to maintain compliance and transparency;
- Providing any necessary platform support to the business.
Additionally, the Platforms Analyst will work closely with platform suppliers to implement system enhancements, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management);
- Understanding of APIs and integrations for outsourced platforms;
