Key Account Manager ORS Territory: Central West (including Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire)

  • Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
  • Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
  • Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
  • Presenting our brand value propositions and value‑added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products

What You Bring

  • Clear med‑device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
  • Understanding of NHS Procurement processes
  • Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
  • Well‑developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong multichannel solution selling background
