As a Manufacturing Application Specialist, there is great opportunity and variety in activities day to day, all the while keeping our business priorities digitalisation, customer centricity and sustainability at the heart of what you do.
Translate business needs and processes into clear IT requirements and solutions. Own and manage delivery of IT projects and development with internal teams and external partners, taking end-to-end responsibility for outcomes. Support and challenge business stakeholders on ERP and manufacturing solutions, current and future, based on strong hands‑on expertise. Collaborate with Global IT to share best practices in processes, applications, and solutions, including stable and compliant systems operation. Take accountability for personal and team deliveries, quality, and solution performance. Estimate, plan, configure, and deliver system changes, ensuring high quality and compliance with manufacturing standards. Deliver backlog items and iterations aligned to priorities and standards. Maintain and grow expertise across business processes, applications, technology, and digital manufacturing.

What You Bring
- Ideally degree educated in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology
- Experience with agile DevOps covering end‑to‑end software delivery lifecycles
- Strong ability to apply digital technologies to drive business impacts
- Solid technical expertise within relevant platforms and enterprise applications
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems in manufacturing (Syspro highly beneficial)
- Proven experience in production application management within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to IT/OT landscapes
- Strong business understanding to identify customer needs and manage expectations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including working with external partners
