Role: National Sales Manager – Incision Care

As the National Sales Manager you will lead and direct the country personnel in order to achieve revenue targets as well as grow the organization in accordance with the global company targets.
You’ll make a significant contributions in the following area:
- Develop short and long-term business plans in order to reach objectives,
- Identify and evaluate long-term market trends in order to exploit opportunities for future growth of profitable business.
- Develop and build strong relationships with KOL and key customers
- Assure optimal functioning of the sales organization, including employee engagement, succession planning and cross functional team work.
- Manage, develop and motivate all direct reporting commercial functions in line with our Performance Excellence Framework
- Manage the channel pipeline process with effective input into the MBM process via marketing and finance
What You’ll Get
- Salary circa £70,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Need
- Proven track record in a senior healthcare/medical device surgical sales management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, people management and influencing skills with the ability to inspire others and build effective teams.
- Marketing experience and marketing management experience is a plus.
- A strategic thinker and excellent communicator.
- University degree, Minimum Bachelor degree
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals
