The Price & Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring reliable pricing and customer data by maintaining data integrity and improving processes that enable a smooth Order‑to‑Cash customer journey.
Day to Day Activities
- Own customer and pricing master data accuracy across SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Govern pricing data (lists, contracts, catalogues, indexation) in line with policy and compliance.
- Drive data quality through audits, cleansing, and continuous process improvement.
- Deliver pricing insights and analysis to support commercial and financial decisions.
- Resolve pricing, invoicing, and customer data issues with speed and precision.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, ComEx, and GCX to align data requirements and standards.
- Act as the SME enabling users through training, guidance, and best practices.
- Maintain customer portals, templates, and contractual sales data outputs.
