Purpose of the role:
- Drive the UK Wound Care strategy by aligning remote engagement with the field sales team.
- Deliver sales growth, profitability and market‑share targets across assigned UK accounts.
- Apply a consultative, customer‑centric approach to deliver value‑based solutions.
- Use digital tools and data insights to track performance and support commercial decisions.
- Collaborate closely with direct sales and marketing teams to execute commercial priorities.
- Build and manage a strong remote network of key customer stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality and regulatory standards.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or related field (life sciences preferred)
- Understanding of remote customer engagement and digital impact
- Prior inside sales experience, ideally in medical devices / MedTech
- Entrepreneurial, action‑oriented approach to remote/digital sales
- Strategic and analytical mindset to drive account growth and support sales teams
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity effectively
- Strong remote interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders
Work-life balance:
Hybrid working – 3 days office and 2 days home
