The Global Marketing Category Manager will:

  • Own the global product category strategy, roadmap, and value creation agenda.
  • Lead full lifecycle management, including sustainability, expansion, portfolio optimisation, QMS compliance, and cost‑down initiatives.
  • Act as commercial and customer lead whilst co‑leading cross‑functional development teams.
  • Drive launch excellence from concept to global execution with Global Solutions partners.
  • Translate market and customer insights into differentiated clinical and economic solutions.
  • Shape evidence and claims strategy in partnership with CMPA and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Own global pricing strategy and governance to maximise value and consistency.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant product messaging and data, while building and sharing global category insights.

What You Bring:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally within Marketing, Business or a similar field.
  • Demonstrable senior marketing/sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
  • Proven global marketing leadership, with local market execution experience.
  • Deep expertise in strategy, market insights, product lifecycle, and go‑to‑market.
  • Strong commercial, financial, regulatory, and product development acumen.
  • Previous experience with specific hands‑on product management would be beneficial.
  • Influential leader able to prioritise and deliver in complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Customer‑centric, resilient communicator, effective under pressure and ambiguity.
