If you have a passion for building sustainable commercial relationships, our Key Account Manager position could be a great opportunity for you. As the new Key Account Manager ORS, you will be a motivated professional with experience of partnering with NHS surgical teams. As part of a high performing team, you will develop existing business and identify new opportunities within Scotland, through the maintenance and growth of profitable relationships.

You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:

  • Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
  • Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
  • Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
  • Presenting our brand value propositions and value-added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Need:

  • Clear med-device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
  • Understanding of National Procurement Scotland
  • Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
  • Well-developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong multichannel solution selling background
