As the EMEA Marketing Manager, you will provide critical input to global teams to support EMEA customer needs in strategy and the development and acquisition of new solutions. You will lead the successful execution of key products, strategies, and projects in local markets, driving sustainable growth while ensuring efficient use of resources.
The EMEA Marketing Manager will:
- Build deep insight into the EMEA Chronic Wounds & Post Acute landscape to enable agile, high‑quality decision‑making aligned to key success drivers.
- Define and steer the EMEA strategy and priorities in partnership with the leadership team, aligned to global strategy.
- Co‑design and optimize go‑to‑market models with EMEA leadership and local markets.
- Drive commercial impact through successful execution of focus products, major launches, and strategic projects.
- Establish, track, and act on aligned KPIs, coordinating corrective actions where needed.
- Act as a catalyst for cross‑country learning and best‑practice sharing across EMEA.
- Ensure strong alignment across Clinical Engagement, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing on launch excellence, market access, and digital initiatives.
- Support EMEA KOL strategy development with Global Marketing and Clinical teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
