We’re seeking a Director, Americas Commercial QARA to lead our regional Quality and Regulatory Affairs strategy across the Americas. This role is part of the Global QARA Commercial Leadership team and will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business growth through strategic leadership in QARA.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a passion for building scalable processes and mentoring high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the QARA Commercial Americas team to support regional growth and strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.
  • Develop and execute sustainable regulatory pathways and product registration roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial leaders and global QARA teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in an international medical device company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within QA and/or RA.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the Americas, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDR, and regional standards.
  • Pharma Spanish fluency is a plus.
