We’re on the hunt for a proactive, highly organised, and imaginative Social Media Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our social channels. In this role, you’ll shape and execute engaging content that reflects our brand, connects with our audience, and contributes to our overall growth goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the Founder, playing a key part in refining strategy, analysing performance, and guiding creative direction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Own and evolve the social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring it reflects the Molly Olivia London brand and is in line with the wider marketing, product launch, and email calendar.
- Maintain clear and organised content calendars and production schedules.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and shifts within the jewellery and fashion space.
- Own and report on key KPIs including reach, engagement, saves, traffic, and revenue contribution.
- Analyse performance regularly, turning insights into new creative concepts.
- Identify high‑performing content formats and scale them across platforms.
- Content Creation & Execution
- Create elevated, on‑brand content across Reels, TikTok, Stories, and static formats, showcasing our jewellery in a compelling and aspirational way.
- Develop content concepts that highlight product detail, styling, layering, and everyday wearability.
- Plan and oversee content from concept through to execution.
- Ensure content is created with both organic and paid use in mind.
- Maintain a consistent and refined tone of voice across all platforms.
- Photoshoot & Production Management
- Lead social‑first content capture during photoshoots.
- Direct team members to ensure jewellery is showcased beautifully and effectively.
- Work closely with photographers and creatives to maximise high‑quality, usable content.
- Ensure all planned social and campaign assets are captured.
- Scheduling & Organisation
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
- Maintain up‑to‑date content calendars and asset trackers.
- Keep clear visibility on all content stages: planned, in progress, and live.
- Ensure deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
- Paid Ads Creative Management
- Collaborate with the Founder to develop high‑performing paid social creative.
- Generate and test new creative concepts tailored to jewellery audiences.
- Brief and oversee production of ad content.
- Support ongoing testing, optimisation, and performance reviews.
- Identify and scale creative that drives conversions.
- Community & Collaboration
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, creators, and brand advocates.
- Engage with the community in a way that reflects the brand’s tone and values.
- Support wider brand campaigns, product launches, and key moments.
