We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting, varied role suited to a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact across multiple areas of the business. You will take ownership of key marketing functions including influencer partnerships, press outreach, content creation, ecommerce development, wholesale development, and customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a consumer brand or fashion/lifestyle environment.
  • Proven experience running and optimising Meta Ads campaigns with real budget responsibility.
  • Hands‐on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) including automations.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Ads Manager, and able to turn data into clear decisions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent written communication skills for press releases and outreach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self‐starter attitude with a passion for growing a brand.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Development
    • Identify and implement SEO improvements to drive organic traffic.
    • Track Average Order Value (AOV) and develop strategies to improve it.
    • Manage product uploads to the website, ensuring accuracy and quality.
    • Develop and implement product upsell strategies to increase revenue.
  • Paid Social & Performance Marketing
    • Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
    • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and copy to continuously improve paid performance.
    • Manage paid social budgets and make informed decisions on spend allocation.
  • Email Marketing
    • Own the email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, copywriting, and scheduling.
    • Build and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post‐purchase) to drive revenue.
    • Grow and segment the email list to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Own a regular marketing report covering key metrics across all channels — social, paid, email, SEO and press.
    • Use GA4 and Meta Ads Manager to analyse performance and translate data into actionable insights.
    • Track KPIs and make recommendations on where to focus effort and budget for maximum impact.
  • Customer Service
    • Manage customer service queries for approximately 2 hours per day, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    • Develop and maintain an up‐to‐date customer service policy sheet.
  • Influencer Programme
    • Set up and manage an affiliate programme from the ground up.
    • Coordinate influencer gifting campaigns and track success rates and ROI.
    • Monitor and manage influencer budgets, ensuring spend is within agreed targets.
    • Calculate influencer offer values by applying the agreed budget multiplier.
    • Write and distribute compelling press releases to relevant media contacts.
    • Proactively reach out to press contacts and follow up to maximise coverage opportunities.
    • Research journalists and editors via Instagram and other channels to obtain contact details for outreach.
    • Track and report on all press coverage, monitoring brand mentions and recent features.
  • Content Creation
    • Produce and manage all trending video content for social media platforms.
    • Create and manage all content for Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Wholesale
    • Identify and approach boutiques across London to explore wholesale opportunities and grow brand presence.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
