What you'll ship:
- Manage inbound lead flow with speed and professionalism, ensuring every business that reaches out gets a sharp, timely first response.
- Qualify leads effectively by understanding each business's needs, challenges and goals — and matching them to the right Mollie solution.
- Own the full sales cycle for smaller businesses, taking deals from first contact through to close.
- Route high-potential leads to the right Account Executives with clean, well-documented handovers that set the next stage up for success.
- Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, complementing inbound work with proactive engagement.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and feed insights back to Sales and Marketing to help sharpen our acquisition strategy.
