Your opportunity
As Junior Account Executive, you will manage your own pipeline of deals with new customers from first contact through to closing & onboarding. You’ll work closely with other teams in Partnerships and Operations to ensure the best and most effective sales process.
What you'll be doing
- Own a deal pipeline of new customers with monthly revenue of £50k-250k and have end-to-end responsibility, taking them from first contact through to live customer.
- Outbound superstar; leveraging the extensive sales tooling on offer at Mollie to unlock new opportunities and verticals.
- Manage more complex sales cycles including dealing with extensive, senior stakeholder groups and sophisticated negotiations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding + integration of new customers to ensure successful go-live then handover to Customer Success even for larger and more complex customers.
- Capture feedback & iterate strategies to find the winning approach for the UK.
- Act as a role model and mentor for junior members of the sales team.
What you’ll bring
- You have 2+ years of full sales cycle experience.
- B2B sales experience in payments, e-commerce or SaaS is a preference.
- Track record of hitting & exceeding commercial targets.
- A strategic and process-driven approach to selling.
