You'll move fast, think on your feet, and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This role is built for someone who wants to learn sales properly, from the ground up. You won't just be passing leads along, you'll own the full sales cycle for smaller businesses, closing deals yourself and building the skills that will define your career. Alongside that, you'll sharpen your instincts through outbound prospecting, giving you a complete picture of how great commercial teams operate.

What you'll ship

  • Manage inbound lead flow with speed and professionalism, ensuring every business that reaches out gets a sharp, timely first response.
  • Qualify leads effectively by understanding each business's needs, challenges and goals — and matching them to the right Mollie solution.
  • Own the full sales cycle for smaller businesses, taking deals from first contact through to close.
  • Route high‑potential leads to the right Account Executives with clean, well‑documented handovers that set the next stage up for success.
  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, complementing inbound work with proactive engagement.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and feed insights back to Sales and Marketing to help sharpen our acquisition strategy.

What you'll bring

  • Fluency in English, with confident and professional communication in both written and spoken form.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and get your point across without overcomplicating it.
  • Genuine curiosity about business, e‑commerce and technology — you like understanding how things work and you're drawn to solving problems.
  • Ambition and a coachable mindset — you're hungry to grow, open to feedback, and motivated to keep improving.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude — you don't get thrown off easily, and you bring energy to the work even when things don't go to plan.
  • Some experience in a sales or customer‑facing environment is a plus, but not a dealbreaker — we care more about drive and potential than a polished CV.

Grow your way
