A high-end boutique travel company is searching for a bright, forward-thinking Executive Assistant who’s ready for their next long-term challenge. This is a truly global role, split between the London office and Palma de Mallorca, so flexibility and a love of travel are essential. You’ll be happy spending extended periods in Palma (up to a month at a time) and thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
- Supporting two Directors at the heart of the business, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the company operates as it continues to grow.
- This is more than diary management — you’ll be involved in building processes, streamlining systems, and keeping a 25+ person team aligned across offices in London, Miami, Palma and Dubai.

Experience required
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as an EA (or similar)
