A high-end boutique travel company is searching for a bright, forward-thinking Executive Assistant who’s ready for their next long-term challenge.
This is a truly global role, split between the London office and Palma de Mallorca, so flexibility and a love of travel are essential. You’ll be happy spending extended periods in Palma (up to a month at a time) and thriving in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
Supporting two Directors at the heart of the business, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the company operates as it continues to grow. This is more than diary management — you’ll be involved in building processes, streamlining systems, and keeping a 25+ person team aligned across offices in London, Miami, Palma and Dubai.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management and ever-changing schedules
- Coordinating international travel and events
- Implementing and improving office processes
- Acting as a central point of contact across global teams
The Culture
This is a dynamic, ambitious company that offers flexible working between home and office. Core hours are 9am–6pm, but you’ll need to be comfortable staying online for urgent matters when required
About You
You’ll be:
- Highly organised, adaptable and unflappable
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys thinking outside the box
- Confident managing complex logistics and last-minute changes
- Comfortable supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving environment
Experience required:
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as an EA (or similar)
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing demanding diaries
- If you’re looking for a long-term role with travel, responsibility and real influence, this is an outstanding opportunity.
