As the Head Butler, you will be responsible for overseeing the household staff and ensuring that the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate all aspects of service for guests, including meal service, event planning, and special requests.
- Maintain an inventory of household supplies and manage procurement as necessary.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property.
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs and preferences of the residents, enhancing their overall experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for guests and external service providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols, maintaining the integrity of the household.
- Have experience preparing a principal for travel, including packing and unpacking.
- Full wardrobe management & knowledge of expensive fabrics.
- Top experience in front of house and food & beverage service - you will meet and greet guests and be personable and knowledgeable when it comes to formal and informal service.
- Running personal errands for the principal.
- A real eye for detail and being one step ahead of the principal's needs.
- Liaising with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the household.

Requirements
