This position involves overseeing MCR operations, coordinating with Post Production Managers, Offline Coordinators, and operational leads, and serving as the primary point of contact for MCR queries. This is a hands-on role combining technical oversight with client-facing responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflows, timely issue resolution, and consistently exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily offline editing services, ensuring technical excellence and outstanding client service.
  • Act as the main escalation point for client and team queries or workflow issues.
  • Coordinate with Post Management, Operations, and Coordination teams to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor workloads to ensure resource readiness.
  • Advise on project requirements to support scheduling, staffing, and planning decisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand project needs and deadlines.
  • Ensure proper media ingestion, processing, and handover to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement new equipment and workflows.
  • Promote commercial awareness and keep business priorities in focus.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend workflow improvements.
