Notorious DIT is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Business Development to lead our global growth strategy. This is a senior, outward-facing leadership role responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening our presence across the UK, Ireland, Malta, and international markets. You will play a pivotal role in positioning Notorious DIT as a market-leading provider of DIT, dailies, and workflow solutions for high-end film, HETV, broadcast, and streaming productions worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships across the UK and international markets
- Lead sales strategy, pipeline development, and high-value commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain senior relationships with producers, studios, broadcasters, and streaming platforms
- Collaborate with the Molinare Creative Group leadership team on strategic growth and cross-selling opportunities
- Identify new markets, territories, and partnerships to support international expansion
- Represent Notorious DIT at industry events and act as a senior brand ambassador
