Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, scope, and deliver innovative software solutions to improve operational workflows and business processes.
- Use a combination of AI/ML, scripting, and traditional development methods to build prototypes and production-ready tools.
- Conduct internal discovery across business units to identify pain points and areas for efficiency gains.
- Build lightweight applications, automations, or scripts that reduce manual work and enable smarter decision-making.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools or APIs where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with teams across departments, while maintaining autonomy and ownership over your projects.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, ML, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Document solutions and provide basic training/support to end users.
What will you do?
- Talk with artists, producers, and operators to spot friction.
- Prototype in days and ship small tools that remove steps.
- Mix innovative models with scripts and simple apps.
- Use APIs to connect with the tools our teams already use.
- Share short demos and clear docs so people adopt your work.
What will you bring?
- Portfolio with two or three small tools or prototypes.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- You enjoy interviews and workshops and can explain ideas in plain language.
- You set your own milestones and keep to them.
- Curiosity and a bias to ship/launch internally.
