Role Description

The Business Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for some work from home.

This role supports day-to-day business operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

The Business Assistant will assist with internal and external communication, help respond to customer inquiries, and support administrative tasks such as market researching, searching for different service/goods suppliers, managing snd supervise team tasks, data entry, expense tracking, and report preparation.

The role also involves collaborating with different teams to streamline processes, providing general office support, and helping with business-related projects as needed.

The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment.

Dual excellent language English/Russian will be beneficial.

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and assist with business reporting.
  • Candidates should possess Business knowledge to understand operations, support project work, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with team members, prepare documents, and interact with stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive experience for clients and partners.
