Overview
As Senior RF Engineer you will serve as the technical cornerstone of RF product development, driving high-frequency circuit design from concept to production. You’ll work within Molex’s Aerospace & Defense Electronics Systems team to deliver advanced RF solutions for wireless, radar, and Satcom applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and system integration, while mentoring junior engineers. This role offers impact on mission-critical electronics and exposure to leading-edge RF technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of advanced RF circuits, subsystems, and modules from concept to production
- Perform detailed simulations using ADS, HFSS, and SPICE to optimize performance and meet specs
- Translate designs into manufacturable layouts with Altium Designer
- Conduct bench testing and validation with state-of-the-art RF test equipment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, digital, and manufacturing teams for full-system integration
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
Key requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on RF design, simulation, and testing experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, and SIwave
- Proven track record of delivering high-performance RF designs from concept to production
- Deep understanding of RF principles (impedance matching, filter design, EMI/EMC)
