We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Yard Team Member to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our yard safe, organised, and welcoming, while supporting customers with collections and queries. About The Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 42.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

As a Yard Team Member, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the yard and store. You’ll help manage deliveries, stock rotation, and customer collections, while contributing to a positive and solution-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service across the yard and counter
  • Receiving, checking, and preparing goods for delivery
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented yard
  • Supporting seasonal stock reviews and resolving discrepancies
  • Contributing to team meetings and continuous improvement
  • Following health & safety and company procedures

About You

  • Experience in a yard, warehouse or retail environment is beneficial
  • Familiarity with agricultural or countryside environments is a plus
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
