Are you passionate about renewable energy and great at building relationships? We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Solar PV Sales Consultant to join our expanding Mole Energy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support customers in making informed decisions about solar and battery storage solutions while contributing to a more sustainable future.
About the Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full time
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday
- Basic salary: £27,000 - £30,000
- OTE: £50,000 - £60,000
In this consultative sales position, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring solar PV and battery storage options. You’ll respond to incoming leads, offer clear and professional advice, carry out desktop surveys, and create tailored quotations using Salesforce CRM. Working closely with our operations teams, you’ll help ensure a smooth, high‑quality customer experience from enquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer enquiries
- Carry out desktop surveys prior to on‑site visits
- Prepare bespoke quotes using Salesforce CRM
- Support quarterly sales targets and contribute to team success
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless installations
- Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and internal processes
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in solar sales or a similar consultative sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Solar PV and battery storage solutions
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
- Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
