We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help deliver an outstanding shopping experience, support day-to-day store operations, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused environment.
About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Part-time
- Hours of Work: Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm & Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm
As a Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, maintaining high standards of presentation, and supporting stock control and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service and supporting counter duties
- Building product knowledge across the full range, with a focus on assigned categories
- Investigating and resolving on-shelf gaps and maintaining availability
- Merchandising product categories to ensure visual appeal
- Assisting with stock accuracy, seasonal adjustments, and stocktaking
About You
- A genuine interest in customer service and retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
