We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Campaign Marketing Lead to join our dynamic Marketing team. About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing end-to-end campaign planning, briefing, and delivery
- Coordinating creative development and production of marketing materials
- Collaborating with digital teams on email and social media content
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing post-campaign reports
- Managing budgets and liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and marketing best practices
- Supporting broader marketing activities and seasonal initiatives
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing coordination or campaign management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns
- Knowledge of campaign planning, targeting, and segmentation
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is desirable
