We’re looking for a confident and customer‑focused Agri Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting our full agricultural product portfolio, and driving sales within the branch. About the Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full‑time
  • Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As an Agri Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner for our farming customers, delivering tailored advice and solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work closely with retail and external agri sales colleagues to ensure every interaction puts the customer first and reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively promoting agricultural products and services to members and shareholders
  • Developing sales with existing customers and attracting new members
  • Delivering honest, knowledgeable advice tailored to customer needs
  • Using campaigns and promotional materials creatively to drive growth
  • Staying informed about local market trends and competitor activity

About You

  • Knowledge of farming and the agricultural/countryside marketplace (essential)
  • Previous retail or sales experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service
  • Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Awareness of Data Protection/GDPR and Health
