Mole Valley Farmers in Lifton is seeking a Production Manager to oversee our feed mill operations, ensuring smooth production, safety, and quality. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, reporting to the Site Operations Manager.
You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to meet customer expectations while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance at our Lifton site.
