About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week.
Join our team delivering loose animal feed using 8‑wheeler bulk‑blown vehicles. You’ll be responsible for operating the bulk‑blown system to transfer feed directly into on‑farm storage, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries. Ideal for drivers who enjoy precision work and direct farm interaction, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate bulk‑blown delivery systems
- Deliver loose feed directly into farm feed stores
- Practise defensive driving and adhere to road transport legislation
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily checks
- Handle delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally
- Support operational efficiency and minimise waste
- Use onboard systems and digital logs accurately
- Show attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness
About You
- A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A professional, courteous, and safety‑conscious approach
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Earnings Potential: £50,000+ per year
- Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour
- Overtime Pay: £21.75 per hour after 45 hours per week
- Double Time: £29.00 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Work Schedule: 4‑day week rota with overtime available
