Mole Valley Farmers in Frome is seeking a hands-on Yard Team Leader to ensure the yard runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will lead and develop a small team while delivering great service daily.
In this permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week, 5 days), you’ll promote safety, organisation and customer care, coach colleagues, and work closely with the Yard Manager and store team to achieve KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
