About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 8 Hours per week, working Saturday

As a Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, maintaining high standards of presentation, and supporting stock control and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and supporting counter duties
  • Building product knowledge across the full range, with a focus on assigned categories
  • Investigating and resolving on-shelf gaps and maintaining availability
  • Merchandising product categories to ensure visual appeal
  • Assisting with stock accuracy, seasonal adjustments, and stocktaking

About You:

  • A genuine interest in customer service and retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards

You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
