We’re looking for a practical and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About the Role

As Warehouse / Yard Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, supporting operational standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe environment and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries
- Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items
- Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards
- Delivering friendly, solution‑focused service to all customers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures
About You
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands‑on retail setting
- Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices
- Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment
- Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success
