We’re looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Yard Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of our yard and store. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for our members and customers, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

About The Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As a Yard Team Member, you’ll play a key role in stock handling, customer service, and maintaining high standards across external areas. You’ll support the Stock Supervisor and wider team to ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for everyone who visits the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service at the counter and across the yard.
  • Receiving, checking, and loading stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting Point of Sale operations when required.
  • Maintaining external areas to a high standard of presentation.
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting seasonal stock reviews.
  • Participating in stocktaking and maintaining stock file integrity.
  • Following health and safety guidelines.
