We’re looking for an organised and proactive Merchandise Planning Support Administrator to join our Merchandising team. If you enjoy working with data, planning ahead, and collaborating to ensure excellent product availability, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As a Merchandise Planning Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting stock and sales performance across multiple categories. You’ll help prepare and analyse replenishment orders, monitor stock levels, and liaise with suppliers and stores to ensure products are available when customers need them.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and analysing stock replenishment orders
- Placing product orders and chasing deliveries to meet deadlines
- Monitoring stock levels and taking corrective action where needed
- Forecasting future stock requirements and planning for seasonal performance
- Running reports and presenting data to support decision‑making
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Suppliers, and Store Managers
- Supporting promotional activities and marketing campaigns
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative mindset
- Clear and confident communicator
