About The Role:
Contract: Permanent | Hours: Part‑time | Hours of Work: 7.5 Hours per week, working Saturday
As a Customer Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store — helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver a high‑quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution‑focused service
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Promoting current offers and recommending suitable products
- Supporting the delivery of sales targets and store KPIs
- Handling customer queries and taking ownership of follow‑up
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge across all departments
- Promoting our membership scheme and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock awareness
- Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices
About You:
- A genuine interest in customer service and retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
You’ll be confident, approachable, and self‑motivated, with a flexible and team‑oriented attitude. Experience in customer‑facing roles is a bonus, but not essential; we’re happy to support your development.
