We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution-focused environment for our members and customers. Schedule
- Working 3 days per week: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, or Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Contract: Permanent / Temporary
Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently outstanding customer service
- Respond to queries promptly and professionally
- Support counter duties with confidence and efficiency
- Answer phone calls in line with company standards
- Assist with stock control and maintain accuracy
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in customer service and retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
- Confidence, approachability, and self-motivation with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential
