We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Supervisor to lead our team and ensure our feedstore and yard are organised, safe, and ready for customers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll motivate colleagues, maintain high standards, and support operational excellence.

As Warehouse / Yard Supervisor you’ll play a key role in managing stock, leading the team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution‑focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
Key responsibilities:
- Organising and overseeing goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.
- Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items.
- Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards.
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring the warehouse and yard team to achieve goals.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures.
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or feedstore environment.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams.
- Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
- Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.
