We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Supervisor to lead our team and ensure our feedstore and yard are organized, safe, and ready for customers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll motivate colleagues, maintain high standards, and support operational excellence. About The Role
- Contract: Permanent / Temporary
- Hours: Full-time / Part‑time

As Warehouse / Yard Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, leading the team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution‑focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising and overseeing goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries
- Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items
- Keeping feedstore and yard areas organized and compliant with company standards
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring the warehouse and yard team to achieve goals
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or feedstore environment
- Experience in leading and motivating teams
- Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices
- Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success
