We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Agricultural Sales Team Member to join our store team. This is a role where you’ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience, both face to face and via the telephone, whilst supporting day-to-day store operations, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused environment.

- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, working on a rota basis
As an Agricultural Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, maintaining high standards of presentation, and supporting stock control and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service and supporting counter duties and telephone enquiries
- Building product knowledge across the full range, with a focus on assigned categories
- Merchandising product categories to ensure visual appeal
About You
- A genuine interest in agricultural customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in agriculture sales is essential.
