About The Role

Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As a Solar PV Sales Consultant, youโll respond to incoming leads, provide expert advice, and generate bespoke quotes using Salesforce CRM. Youโll work closely with operations teams to ensure a smooth installation process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming leads for solar and battery storage
Handling incoming leads for solar and battery storage
Advising customers via phone and email
Completing desktop surveys ahead of in-person visits
Generating tailored quotes using Salesforce CRM
Generating tailored quotes using Salesforce CRM
Liaising with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Working towards quarterly sales targets
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance
Outbound sales campaign support
About You
Minimum 1 year experience in solar sales or a similar consultative sales role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of Solar PV and battery storage solutions
Experience using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
