We're looking for a passionate and detail-focused PIM & Product Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Ecommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of our digital operation, playing a key role in expanding our online product range and enhancing the customer experience. Working across Ecommerce, Procurement, Marketing and supplier networks, you'll be the link that turns product information into engaging online content, ensuring customers have everything they need to discover and buy with confidence. From launching new product ranges and onboarding suppliers to improving product content and driving data quality initiatives, your work will have a direct impact on how customers experience our brand online. About The Role
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As a PIM & Product Onboarding Specialist, you'll take ownership of onboarding new products into our digital channels, ensuring product information is accurate, complete and ready for customers to discover online. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the onboarding of new products and categories across our digital channels, helping to expand and strengthen our online offering.
- Bring products to life online through accurate, engaging and customer-focused product content.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality product information, imagery and digital assets.
- Take ownership of product information within our PIM systems, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and ready for customers to discover.
- Enhance product content and discoverability, helping customers find the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Ecommerce, Procurement and Marketing to deliver a seamless online product experience.
- Champion product data quality, identifying opportunities to improve processes, standards and efficiency.
- Play an active role in supporting the growth and evolution of our ecommerce platforms and digital channels.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about ecommerce and enjoys turning complex product information into engaging online experiences.
- Experience within Ecommerce, Product Data, Digital Merchandising, Product Content or a similar digital environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding accuracy and quality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, projects and priorities.
- Confidence working with suppliers and stakeholders, building effective and collaborative relationships.
- The ability to analyse information, solve problems and continually look for ways to improve processes.
- A customer-first mindset, understanding the important role product content plays in the online shopping experience.
- A proactive approach, bringing energy, initiative and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Experience using PIM systems, ecommerce platforms or product information tools would be advantageous.
